Day 1: You Are More Than What You Do

Reading: Philippians 3:4-11

Devotional: Paul had every reason to find his worth in his accomplishments. His credentials were impressive by any standard. Yet when he encountered Christ, he counted every achievement as loss. This is a radical reordering of values. So many of us carry an invisible scoreboard, measuring our worth by titles, promotions, and the approval of others. But what you do was never meant to define who you are. Your job can disappear. Your title can change. Your performance will fluctuate. God's declaration over you, however, does not change with your circumstances. Rest today in the truth that your value is not earned. It is given.
