Day 5: Stop Waiting for Community and Start Building It

Reading: Hebrews 10:24-25 and John 15:12

Devotional: Loneliness often whispers that no one reaches out, no one checks in, no one calls. But the question worth asking is when you last reached out, checked in, or called someone else. The church is not a building you attend; it is a family you belong to and actively build. Jesus commanded His followers to love one another the same way He loved them, which means sacrificially and with action. God places the lonely in families, as Psalm 68:6 reminds us. Your next step out of isolation is not waiting for someone to find you. It is choosing today to find someone else.
