Day 1: You Were Made On Purpose

Reading: Genesis 1:26-27; Psalm 139:13-16

Devotional: Before the world had a chance to label you, God already knew you. These passages reveal that human beings were not accidents of nature or products of chance. You were formed by a God who was intentional about every detail of your design. The same hands that shaped the universe shaped you. Culture will tell you that you must discover or construct who you are, but the truth is simpler and far more stable: you were made in the image of the Most High God. That is where your worth begins, not in what you achieve, but in what He declared at creation.

Reflection: In what areas of your life have you been looking to your own efforts to define your worth rather than resting in what God declared at your creation?

Practical Application: Write down three qualities you believe God intentionally placed in you. Thank Him specifically for each one today.
