Day 4: Vulnerability Is Not Weakness, It Is the Door to Healing

Reading: Galatians 6:1-2 and James 5:16

Devotional: You cannot carry a burden that you do not know exists. Scripture calls believers to bear one another's burdens, but that requires someone to first admit they are carrying one. Sin produces shame, shame produces hiding, and hiding prevents healing. The wounds we refuse to expose to trusted community are the wounds that fester the longest. This does not mean broadcasting your struggles to everyone. It means finding the trusted few who will pray, speak truth, and stand beside you without judgment. You were never meant to dig yourself out alone. Healing begins the moment you stop pretending everything is fine.
