Day 3: When Stones Cry Out
Reading: Luke 19:37-40; Psalm 19:1-6
Devotional: When religious leaders demanded Jesus silence the worshiping crowd, He responded with stunning truth: "If they keep quiet, the stones will cry out." Jesus will be worshiped whether we choose to participate or not. Creation itself declares His glory. Every sunset, every mountain, every star testifies to His majesty.
The question isn't if Jesus will be praised, but who will praise Him. The Pharisees, despite knowing Scripture intimately, chose control over truth. They valued their authority more than acknowledging the King standing before them. Knowledge without surrender breeds spiritual blindness.
You cannot remain neutral about Jesus. He forces a decision—liar, lunatic, or Lord. There is no "good teacher" middle ground. Today, examine whether your worship is genuine or conditional. Are you praising Him for who He is, or only when life goes according to your plans?
