What you allow into your heart through your eyes and ears will eventually come out through your mouth and actions. In our information-saturated age, we're constantly bombarded with content—social media, entertainment, music, and conversations. Each input shapes our hearts. If you're struggling with negative speech, examine what you're consuming. Are you filling your mind with gossip, negativity, crude humor, or anger? What we watch, listen to, and engage with doesn't stay neutral—it seeps into our hearts and transforms us. Make intentional choices today about what you'll allow past the gates of your heart. Choose content, conversations, and influences that align with God's truth and build you up.
