Coffee Team

Coffee and Jesus.  Sometimes we just need a cup of coffee to get us going in the mornings.  Would you like to be a part of the Coffee Team?

Our team arrives each Sunday at 8:15 a.m. to prepare the coffee, restock sugars, creamers, cups, and other supplies, and make sure everything is ready before everyone arrives. During the morning, we spend time around the coffee station welcoming people, having conversations, helping guests feel at home, and keeping the area clean and stocked.

It's a simple way to serve, connect with others, and help create a warm, welcoming atmosphere each Sunday.

Coffee Team Interest Form

Coffee Team Responsibilities
  1. Prepare the Coffee Station – Have fresh coffee brewed and ready by 8:30 a.m. each Sunday.
  2. Stock the Foyer Station – Refill coffee supplies, including sugars, creamers, cups, lids, stir sticks, straws, and other essentials.
  3. Restock Inventory – Replenish supplies in the storage cabinets as needed.
  4. Stock the Coffee Station – Ensure the Catalyst Café coffee area is fully stocked with all necessary supplies.
  5. Monitor Inventory – Periodically check pantry inventory and notify the Coffee Team Leader when supplies are running low so they can be replenished.
  6. Provide Hospitality – Remain at the foyer coffee station before the service and through Welcome Time to keep the area clean, wipe up spills, restock items as needed, and mop if necessary. Most importantly, use this time to greet, encourage, and connect with our church family and guests, helping everyone feel welcomed and at home.
