We're a church for anyone but not for everyone
We hope everyone feels welcomed and loved when they attend Catalyst, but we understand we're not everyone's "cup of tea". And that's o.k. There are some great churches in this area and we'd love to help you get plugged into one! We're all in this together regardless of where you attend.
We put god to the test
God made us a promise and we'll take Him at His Word. Since generosity is a trust issue, we choose to believe God by leading the way in sacrificial giving. It is not about what God wants from us, but what He wants for us.
we don't cater
We bow to Jesus and the personal preferences of those around us. We are more concerned with trying to reach people than keeping people. While we strive to be hospitable, we won't cater or compromise. This is HIS church and we are honored to be a part!
we pray until something happens
We pray like it depends on God and work like it depends on us. The latter is useless without the former.
playing it safe is risky
God hasn't called us to a life of comfort and safety. He's called us to follow Him with a reckless abandon and we won't be content until we do.
we refuse to be good
Good is the enemy of great. Excellence isn't a value; it is a necessity.
we aren't afraid to fight
We will aggressively defend our unity and vision that God has given us.
we are never finished
We are grateful for what God has done in the past, but are more excited about what He'll do in the future.
WE let go
Catalyst is fueled by volunteers. We will empower people for their ministry, not just recruit them for ours.
we serve like crazy
The greatest way to reach people is to serve them! Save people serve people.
